Why a single portal?
Others store folders. AnalytixData prepares the figures.
Today a small firm pays for and connects 4 to 5 separate tools (client portal, receipt reader, accounting software and a WISP generator). AnalytixData brings them together in each client's file.

Frequently asked questions
What does AnalytixData do?
It is a portal for tax preparers. It reads your clients' PDF bank statements, reconciles them to the bank balance and sorts every transaction by Schedule C line, with ten reports per client. It also brings together, in the same client file, signatures, the WISP, cash, sales tax and reminders.
How long does a bank statement take?
About 15 seconds per statement. In one measurement, three statements were read, reconciled and categorized in 14 seconds. The real time depends on the size of the PDF.
How does the free trial work?
It lasts 14 days. You sign up yourself at /signup, confirm your email with a link and you are in; no card is asked. You see every screen and analyze up to 3 bank statements. Documents appear on screen with a "TRIAL" stamp and are not sent to your clients during the trial.
Does the portal decide for me?
No. It proposes the line for each transaction, and sensitive items (for example a Zelle payment that could be contract labor or an owner draw) wait for your confirmation. The decision is the preparer's.
Can I see and undo what changed?
Yes. Every change to a transaction is kept in the client's change history, with its date, and a category change can be undone with one tap. Nothing sensitive changes without your OK.
What if the IRS asks where a figure came from?
Download the audit support packet: each Schedule C or Profit & Loss line with the transactions behind it, the statement each one came from and whether you confirmed it. For the year, a quarter or a month, as PDF or Excel.
How safe is my clients' information?
Files are stored encrypted, access asks for two-step verification and every file access is logged. The portal writes your WISP following IRS Pub. 4557 and the taxpayer signs their §7216 consent. No authority certifies a portal: we say what it does, not that it is approved.
Which states does the sales tax cover?
California (401-A worksheet) and Texas, using each state's official rate files.
How much does it cost?
Solo: $99 a month or $1,188 a year (1 user). Pro: $169 a month or $1,690 a year, with 2 months free (up to 5 users). The first 14 days are free.
